What is your minimum order?

We don't have any minimum orders at Pure Lakes and carriage is charged at cost to us which will be added and sent to you along with your sales order once your order has been confirmed.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are handmade on confirmation and we will ensure to get your order out as swiftly as possible which is usually within a week but can be longer at peak times. 

Do you offer FREE Carriage?

As a small company we are unfortunately unable to offer free carriage options for our trade account customers, however we will only charge postage and packing at the cost to us. This will be confirmed and sent out with your sales order confirmation once you have successfully placed your order. 

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely please just select this at the checkout page and we will let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Can I only order in multi pack of 6's?

Unfortunately we are only able to offer our trade pricing for multiples of 6. This gives you the best discount and margin for resale on our products. Bulk items are available individually.

Do you provide samples?

As a small company, making all our products in small batches, we unfortunately cannot offer FREE small samples but please do get in touch with us at orders@purelakes.co.uk to discuss the options. 

What are your best selling blends?

Our most popular blends are Grapefruit & Lemongrass as well as our World Heritage Sweet Basil & Orange blend. 

What is the optimum range for a small shop?

We recommend at least ordering our core range of Bath & Body products as well as a range of skincare and 

Do you provide testers & points of sale?

Absolutely, please add this to the notes on the checkout page. 

Can I not buy Products without cartons?

 We always find that products sell best when in Cartons, all our cartons are made with recycled FCS card. Some products don't countain cartons and will be shown in thumbnail images on the product page.
